Castle LGV Terms of Business for Customers

Service provided by Castle LGV Training

Pre-training courses offered by recognised and qualified bodies which include medical test, Theory, Hazard perception tests and CPC Course Training. Dates will be confirmed with the trainee.

Practical driver training courses which are C1, C1+E, Cat C, C+E and D1 Driver training. Dates discussed and booked with trainee or client booking course for trainee.

Please note we reserve the right to amend and change course timings when required on all practical courses.

Arrange DVSA tests in accordance with course booked.

Trainees will always be provided with high-vis wear whilst training with us.

Any time a course needs to be moved due to truck breakdown or recovery we will endeavor to rebook you in on the next available date.

Requirements of the Trainee

To provide Castle with all correct information regarding their training, which must be always valid.

To attend all tests with a valid and legal Driving License and theory test pass certificates when required.

To be always in possession of legal office driving documents whilst on practical training.

Castle reverses the right to cancel the training for any trainees who arrive under the influence of alcohol or drugs. All fees will be forfeited.

All trainees must arrive on time to their course and be ready to begin. Anyone who failed to arrive or more then 30 minutes late may be refused, and the course fees lost.

Payment Terms

A deposit is due at the time of booking, amount is dependent on course.

All courses booked must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts or the company reserve the right to cancel the training.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation training more than 2 weeks before the course will receive 50% of deposit paid, less any tests booked.

Cancellation of training less than 2 weeks before the course, the full amount is due.

Any tests cancelled by the DVSA for any reason are not refundable by Castle and are subject to DVSA terms.

No refund will be made for anyone who fails to attend their training course.
